  Went to the counter trying to find a part for a sled. The woman there didn't know what part that was being described. I informed her the one she identified as being the part was not the one. She replied ' We'll by, you tell what I'm looking at then'. Because I'm more professional and I was there with my father, I refrained from educating her on manners and customer service. Because of this experience, myself, father or the numerous vehicles we have that require regular maintenance will ever step foot in that shop again. We will drive the extra two hours to be serviced in Corner Brook.
